Background of the landline phone discontinuation:
We have had a landline since our founding, but in the last two years, 95% of the calls to the landline have been solicitation calls, and we have only used the fax machine once for any useful purpose in the last seven years. With the spread of videoconferencing systems such as Zoom and WebEX, and chat systems such as Slack and LINE, the landline phone is no longer the preferred method of communication. We are also a corporation, and although there is a view that a corporation should not have a landline phone, we believe that it is no longer necessary to call the company, as Koshikawa, the representative director, answers almost all phone calls. If you need to make a phone call, the person in charge has a company cell phone, so if you need to make a call to various financial institutions or public institutions, please address your inquiry to the person in charge. Although we do not disclose our personal company cell phone numbers on the Internet, please contact us via the Contact Us page.
